Our Fundraising Christmas Market in aid of Burton CAP centre at The Community Church, proved to be a big success with local residents coming along to support the event. Queues built up outside an hour before the doors opened to welcome people into what we hope will become an annual event. Many local residents were keen to donate beautiful items in new condition to raise funds for those who are struggling to cope in the current financial crisis. A staggering £1,500 was raised in just two hours, and we would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone who made that possible.
